Deposit and Payment
A minimum deposit of 100% will
hold your room until arrival. This can be in the form of a check
received 14 days prior to arrival or charged to your MasterCard or Visa.
Arrivals and Departures
We request arrivals between
4pm and 6pm.
In order to prepare your room for the next guest, we request that you
depart by 11:00am.
Cancellation Policy
Made at least 14 days prior
will result in a full refund. However, cancellations made within 14
days of your confirmed arrival date will result in full forfeiture of
your deposit.
Smoking
Due to the historical nature
of the building and for the comfort of all our guests, the Swan Haven
Inn is a non-smoking environment other than in the gardens or on the
deck.
Children & Pets
As our guests come to relax
in the peace and quiet of the B&B and surrounding area, children under
14 years of age and pets are not suitable guests.
Happy Hour
We serve wine & cheese every day between 5:00pm and
5:30pm.
Extras
Teas, cocoa, & fresh
baked cookies available for your enjoyment in the common area;
chocolates and mints in your room.
Fragrant bubble bath and
lotion is provided to pamper yourself with, along with hairdryers for
your convenience.
Bring your swimsuit to
relax and unwind in our large, deep, outdoor
Hot Tub Spa.
Breakfast
We serve a hearty breakfast
including freshly ground and brewed coffee and a selection of teas,
juice, fresh fruit in season, special recipes that may include custard
baked French toast, fluffy omelet's, fresh baked muffins and crumpets.
